What cars are available for rent at S.M. Travels?

We have Maruti Dzire (₹10/km), Maruti Ertiga (₹12/km), Kia Carens (₹13/km), Innova Crysta (₹16/km), and Scorpio N (₹16/km). All cars are AC, clean and well-maintained.

Is a driver included with the car rental?

We offer both driver service (car + driver) and self-drive options (car only). You can choose based on your preference. Driver allowance of ₹300–400/day is extra for driver service.

How do I book a car at S.M. Travels?

What documents do I need for self-drive?

For self-drive, you need a valid Driving Licence (DL), Aadhar Card, and minimum age of 21 years. A refundable security deposit is also required.

Do you offer outstation trips from Betul?

Yes! We cover all major outstation destinations — Nagpur, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and beyond. Rates are transparent at per-km pricing with driver allowance extra.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges! Our pricing is fully transparent. Tolls and parking are extra (paid by customer). For self-drive, fuel is customer's responsibility (FTF policy). All prices clearly stated upfront.

Do you provide wedding car decorations?

Yes! We provide beautifully decorated cars for weddings, engagements and baraat. Scorpio N and Innova Crysta are popular choices. Please book in advance for special occasions.

What is the minimum booking duration?

Minimum booking is 1 day (8–12 hours) for self-drive. For driver service, minimum is generally based on minimum km (250–300km/day). Hourly local tours can also be arranged — call us to discuss!
